2. Offers and Orders

• All offers on the Protein Fit website are non-binding until your order is confirmed and payment is completed.
• Images, descriptions, weights, nutritional facts, and colors are indicative and may vary slightly from actual products.

3. Conclusion of Contract

• A contract is formed once Protein Fit confirms your order by email or after order fulfillment begins.
• You are responsible for ensuring order details (products, shipping address, contact information) are correct at purchase.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in EURO (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Protein Fit offers the following payment methods:
  • a. Bank Transfer
    Customers may pay for their order by transferring the total order amount to Protein Fit’s bank account. Orders will be processed once the payment has been received. Bank details are provided during checkout and in the order confirmation email.
  • b. Cash on Delivery (Courier or Post Office Pickup)
    Customers may choose to pay in cash upon delivery by the courier or at the postal office when collecting the order. Any additional cash-on-delivery fees will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Protein Fit reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not received or if incorrect payment information is provided.

5. Delivery

• Protein Fit delivers to Belgium and selected European Union countries.
• Delivery times are indicative. If products are unavailable or delayed, we will contact the Customer.
• Risk of loss passes to the Customer once the product is delivered to the address provided.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

• EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, under EU distance selling laws.
• Opened or unsealed food products, supplements, and nutrition items are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are damaged or incorrect.

7. Complaints

9. Retention of Title

All delivered goods remain the property of Protein Fit until full payment has been received.

10. Force Majeure

Protein Fit is not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., logistics issues, natural events, supplier delays).

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, under GDPR and applicable EU data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Belgium.
